By accessing or using Tattoo Ideas AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Tattoo Ideas AI provides AI-generated tattoo concept designs for personal and commercial use. Generated designs are intended as creative references and concepts for temporary tattoo production, artistic inspiration, and consultation with professional tattoo artists.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or share your account with others.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the prompts and descriptions you submit. AI-generated designs produced by the Service may be used freely for personal and commercial purposes, including temporary tattoo production.
The Tattoo Ideas AI platform, brand, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of the operator.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, hateful, threatening, or infringes on third-party intellectual property. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated designs are unique, registration-free, or suitable for any specific purpose. Always consult a professional tattoo artist before committing to any design.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tattoo Ideas AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
