1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and, optionally, information from OAuth providers (Google, GitHub).

Usage data: We store the prompts you submit and the AI-generated designs produced. This data is associated with your account and used to display your generation history.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. We receive subscription status and customer identifiers from Stripe.

To enforce daily generation limits based on your plan
To communicate service updates or issues (no marketing without consent)

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in a Neon (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the United States. Generated images are stored in Vercel Blob Storage. Session data is managed by Supabase Auth.

We use Upstash Redis for ephemeral rate-limit counters. These counters expire automatically every 25 hours and contain no personal information beyond a hashed user identifier.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers strictly for operating the Service:

Neon — database hosting
Vercel — application hosting and blob storage
Supabase — authentication
Stripe — payment processing
Upstash — Redis caching
Google (Gemini API) — AI image generation

5. Public Gallery

If you choose to share a design to the community gallery, the design image and associated prompt become publicly visible. You can remove a design from the gallery at any time from your result page.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generation history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Deletion is processed within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use cookies solely for authentication session management (Supabase Auth). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@tattoo-ideas-ai.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service.
